Blessed be the Name of Jesus, the Prince of Peace!
On behalf of all the members of Miles Jesu, please accept our heartfelt gratitude to you for your generous giving this past year in service of the materially and spiritually poor.
You have helped us bring Christ’s peace and relief to so many needy people, especially the beneficiaries of our Miles Jesu Missions:
- INDIA: our Udaya Nakshatra ‘Morning Star’ Boys’ Home in Sirsi, and ‘Little Angels’ slum children’s program in Mumbai.
- ITALY: our Rome women’s community efforts to feed and console the local poor and immigrant families of Rome.
- NIGERIA: our Needy Women & Children’s Program in Awka, especially our St. Theresa Primary School, and tuition assistance for needy children in different areas of the region.
- UKRAINE: our Girls’ Home in Birky and Soup Kitchen in L’Viv.
You have also aided in the spiritual formation of youth in different countries through our retreats and other youth-oriented activities.
As a spiritual gift for you and your loved ones, our annual Epiphany Novena of Masses will be celebrated from December 29th through January 6th for the exclusive intention of all the Benefactors of Miles Jesu. Please fill out the enclosed Prayer Petition card with any particular intentions you might have and send it to us in the enclosed envelope. Your special prayer requests will be read and remembered during our Epiphany Novena of Masses.
Meanwhile and always, let us welcome Jesus, the One from Whom all peace comes, into our hearts and into our homes. After all, He is the answer to all our needs and deepest longings.
