Dear Friend in Christ,
The world is hungry for God. What sphere of secular society—law, medicine, education, entertainment, social sciences, etc.—do you notice has not abandoned Christian principles? Not only that, but there are now prevalent attacks against God and all that is truly moral and good. Back in the early 60’s some young professional men in Phoenix began living together in community in order to help each other pursue personal conversion to Christ and to give authentic witness to Him in the circumstances of their daily work. These were the beginnings of Miles Jesu. Today, as an ecclesial family of consecrated life, composed of both a men’s and a women’s branch, the principal apostolate of our lay members is to hold jobs in the world in order to subtly and effectively sanctify it from within.
To this end, we ask your special support of the Miles Jesu Education Fund which provides the ongoing education needed for our consecrated members to engage in their lay professions and infiltrate them with God’s values.
