Bringing Help to Widows and Children

Thomas, MJ, a member of the Miles Jesu men’s community in Awka, Nigeria, sends “Greetings of peace and love from our Miles Jesu apostolate dedicated to caring for children and widows. We believe in the power of community, compassion, and faith and this apostolate has been working tirelessly to improve the lives of children and widows in Nigeria since 2017. Thanks be to God and to the generosity of kind-hearted donors, we have been able to expand our outreach and currently support 22 children in primary school, 11 children in secondary school, and one student in the university. In addition, two widows benefit from our programs through food assistance, small empowerment projects, and spiritual support.”
