Dear Friend in Christ,

Miles Jesu is currently building a hall for the St. Theresa Nursery and Primary School in Nimo, Nigeria. The hall, roofed in blue to honor the Blessed Mother, is scheduled for completion in early Spring 2025.

Lucia, MJ, headmistress, tells us, “Parents, teachers, and pupils are all already expressing gratitude for the school hall project. Our pupils are doing well, excelling in academics and achieving first place in the Nimo debate and quiz competitions last year. One of the fruits of these achievements has been an increase in enrollment from 179 students to 233 for this academic year. Teachers see the new space as an opportunity to further increase enrollment. Even without the window installation finished, the primary classes are holding their Music lessons in the new hall space while the pre-K classes occupy the former Music classroom downstairs. Parents are looking forward to the shelter from the elements during meetings and celebrations that this additional space will provide. The priest from our local parish was happy to be able to lead the Christmas Mass and end-of-term celebration in the partially completed hall. We ask God to bless all our benefactors dearly for their generous support which has allowed us to embark on this building project.”

Please help the Miles Jesu Missions, such as our St. Theresa School in Nimo, Nigeria, today. Your sacrifice of a one-time gift or monthly pledge truly makes all the difference! We take our benefactors seriously in Miles Jesu, and we pray with gratitude for you and your loved ones during our daily Masses, holy hours, and rosaries because the Miles Jesu Missions depend upon God’s Providence through people like you.
