Blessing of the Bell

The men’s community in Phoenix was honored to host Bishop Eduardo Nevares – Auxiliary Bishop of the Diocese of Phoenix at the Bell Blessing Mass and Breakfast on Sunday, July 13th. Mass started at 7am to avoid some of the 3 digit heat of the summer in Phoenix, and around 200 friends and supporters joined in the festivities. Bishop Nevares has personally contributed generously to the Chapel Project and exhorted everyone to continue to support and pray for the Project, but he commented that a Bell was nice to have, but what Miles Jesu really needed was more people to join them in many different capacities to support the great work they are doing in the Diocese and in various places around the world.
