Accepting the Challenge

This month I wanted to share a letter:

Dear Joe, Bob, Fr. Cahill. and all the members of Miles Jesu, 

Thank you guys for everything. You and all the members of Miles Jesu are absolutely amazing. The Challenge Retreat has impacted me tremendously. I would not be where I am today without it. It has helped me grow closer to Our Lord. I have been to many retreats but nothing compares to the Challenge Retreat. I wish I had found out about it sooner. You all truly show and practice what it means to be a Catholic in today’s time. Your example has inspired me and all of the Challenge-istas to accept the Challenge that our modern world throws at us. It has helped me to be an example of the Faith for Catholics and non-Catholics. I can’t express how thankful I am for all of you, especially Joe, Bob, and Fr. Cahill. You guys are always there to help and guide me and give me advice when I need it. Thank you guys for everything. Keep up the amazing work you are doing to build up God’s Kingdom.

Michael is 19 and will be beginning seminary in the Diocese of Phoenix this month of July 2025. It just goes to show you that God can do anything, and use the most insignificant person, to move hearts, and work His wonders. 

Michael is an amazing young man. Please pray for him as he enters a journey that is long and full of challenges. Please pray he grows in generosity, service, and holiness. We rejoice that God is being glorified, and many souls can be saved through Michael.
